Asia Pacific Power ("APP") is a small to medium scale power development specialist which combines the technical, economic, and financial skills necessary to bring online new and refurbished power and cogeneration units as independent power plants ("IPP") on a build-own-operate ("BOO") or build-own-transfer ("BOT") basis.

APP can take a project from conceptual framework and arrange for the plant, investment, and financing as a complete package.
