INFORMATION OBJECTIVES

The Developer first needs summary information to scope the technical analysis and commercial structure and alternatives suitable for a BOO project. Two studies are conducted in parallel :

	Power Output Simulation
	Financing Analysis / Sensitivities

Once these have converged on a satisfactory option, then a memorandum of understanding would be agreed laying out the framework of the key terms, conditions, and specifications. This is then firmed up into :

	Power Supply Offer
	Technical Supply Specification
	Turnkey Contract Outline

Once these are agreed, the suite of documents are put into place in preparation for the Bankers’ Information Memorandum drafting.
